Free Fire India character skills: 64 official web entries

The FFI skill archive from Garena character pages: 64 skill names and effects with detail links, evidence limits, and the Chrono, Ford and Jota copy conflicts.

10/28/2026 FFI Research Team Last verified: 10/28/2026 18 min read

This page collects the skill names and effects stated on the Garena official character detail pages into a table you can check line by line: two research batches compiled 31 entries each, and Iris and J.Biebs were added later, making 64 in total. The boundary comes first — this is an official web skill archive, not a test in the India server (FFI) client, and it is not a balance verdict for the current version. The official character catalog loads dynamically, so this table cannot be cited as a “complete character roster”.

What exactly does this table record?

Every row in the table maps to a Garena official character detail page you can open. Skill names are copied from the English original on the page; the effect column is an English summary rather than a word-for-word translation, so that you can judge which category a skill belongs to instead of memorising values.

Three points have to be stated first:

  1. The source is the global English official site. Apart from a few entries where only a regional page is available (Spanish, Turkish, Indonesian, the Pakistan English site), almost every link points to a detail page under ff.garena.com/en/chars/. Global copy cannot be taken directly as an India-server skill fact.
  2. The catalog loads dynamically. The official first screen shows only some characters and the rest appear only after clicking “LOAD MORE”, so any single scrape can miss people. The 64 entries here are the ones that currently have a separate detail page whose page states the mechanic — not the full set.
  3. Two entries were added outside the roster. Iris comes from a separate supplementary source; J.Biebs is a historical collaboration character whose existence is shown only by a 2023 patch and the detail page together, so there is no guarantee it is still unlockable in 2026 or usable in the standalone India version. The site’s section list and the database page count 64 characters, matching this table: 62 from the two batches plus these two additions, of which J.Biebs cannot be counted as a currently selectable character. There are also Primis and Nulla: the old official patch only says the two come without an unlockable skill slot, no separate skill mechanic page can be found, so this table does not list them and does not invent skills for them.

Evidence level: Global reference — Every skill name and effect summary in this table comes from the Free Fire global official character detail pages, not from India-server client testing; values, cooldowns and durations are not transcribed at all.

Character skill table (64 entries)

Character Skill name (official English) What the skill does Official detail page
Ray Bond of Eclipse Marks enemies in a fan-shaped area ahead; when a marked target’s health drops to the condition, it can be knocked down outright, and a knock down or elimination resets the skill and restores the user’s own health. Detail page
Morse Stealth Bytes Enters a concealed state where distant enemies struggle to see the user and cannot detect them, while movement speed increases; firing is not possible while concealed. Detail page
Nero Cryo Mind Throws a tracking doll that bursts into an area; Gloo Walls cannot be placed inside and the area keeps dealing damage; the area disappears once the doll is destroyed. Detail page
Rin Gale of Kunai Generates kunai on a timer; when the user attacks an enemy or a Gloo Wall the kunai fly at the target automatically, and the farther away the target the higher the damage. Detail page
Oscar Valiant Dash Dashes in a chosen direction, destroying up to three Gloo Walls along the way and dealing damage and knockback to enemies encountered. Detail page
Kassie Electro Therapy Forms a healing link with a teammate that gradually restores health for both; using it again gives the linked teammate a large heal. Detail page
Kairos Defence Breaker Defence mode regenerates energy automatically; once energy is full, switching to breaker mode consumes energy when attacking enemies and additionally wears down their armour or shield. Detail page
Ryden Spider Trap Releases a controllable exploding spider that catches the first enemy in range, slows them and deals damage over time. Detail page
Ignis Flame Mirage Releases a flame barrier forwards; enemies and Gloo Walls that touch the flames take burn damage. Detail page
Suzy Money Mark Marks an enemy and sets a bounty; teammates who defeat the marked enemy earn in-match currency, and Suzy earns an extra reward for a defeat. Detail page
Sonia Nano Lifeshield Triggers a nano shield when taking fatal damage; knocking down an enemy while the shield is up restores health, otherwise the user is knocked down or eliminated when the shield ends. Detail page
Orion Crimson Crush Spends crimson energy to enter a brief protected state that ignores damage and drains health from nearby enemies, but attacking is disabled. Detail page
Kelly Deadly Velocity For a short time after a dash, the first hit deals extra damage. Detail page
Andrew Wolf Pack Increases armour damage reduction; the more nearby teammates, the stronger the reduction. Detail page
Hayato Art of Blades The more health has been lost, the less damage is taken from the front. Detail page
Laura Sharp Shooter Improves accuracy while using a scope. Detail page
Wukong Camouflage Turns into a bush to disguise; attacking ends the disguise, and knocking down an enemy resets the cooldown. Detail page
Moco Enigma’s Eye Marks an enemy and exposes their position after a hit; the information can be shared with teammates. Detail page
Caroline Agility Increases movement speed while holding a Shotgun. Detail page
Ford Iron Will Reduces damage taken while outside the Safe Zone. Detail page
Rafael Dead Silent Gains a silenced effect while using a Sniper or Marksman Rifle; knocked-down enemies that are hit lose health faster. Detail page
Maxim Gluttony Shortens the time needed to use mushrooms and Medkits. Detail page
Antonio Gangster’s Spirit Gains extra shield points at the start of each round; surviving a fight restores shield points. Detail page
Olivia Healing Touch Improves healing effects and spreads part of a single-target heal to nearby teammates. Detail page
Alok Drop the Beat Creates an aura that increases movement speed and restores health for the user and teammates. Detail page
Jota Sustained Raids Hitting enemies with a gun restores health; different versions of the official page word the trigger condition differently. Detail page
K Master of All Increases maximum energy; Jiu-jitsu mode speeds up nearby teammates’ energy conversion, while Psychology mode keeps regenerating energy. Detail page
Chrono Time Turner Creates a force field that blocks enemy damage; an older detail page also describes shooting out of the field and a movement buff, which conflicts with later developer notes, so it is kept here only as historical copy. Detail page
Dasha Partying On Reduces fall damage and recovery time, and reduces recoil growth and maximum recoil. Detail page
Skyler Riptide Rhythm Releases a sonic wave forwards that damages Gloo Walls; each Gloo Wall deployed also restores health. Detail page
Dimitri Healing Heartbeat Creates a healing area that continuously restores health for teammates inside; an older page says knocked-down players can try to self-revive, which differs from later patch wording, see Skill system and combo evolution. Detail page
Tatsuya Rebel Rush Dashes quickly forwards for a short time; the page says knocking down an enemy resets the cooldown. Detail page
Luna Fight-or-Flight Increases fire rate; after hitting an enemy, part of the fire rate bonus can turn into movement speed, resetting after surviving a fight. Detail page
Kenta Tempest Raid Releases a storm that moves forwards; using the skill again teleports the user to the storm’s position with a damage-reduction shield. Detail page
Lila Gloo Strike Hitting an enemy or a vehicle with a Rifle slows them; knocking down an enemy while slowed freezes the target and grants an extra Gloo Wall. Detail page
D-Bee Bullet Beats Increases movement speed and weapon accuracy while shooting on the move. Detail page
Clu — (the page shows the Spanish name Rastreo de Pasos) Detects the position of enemies who are not crouching or prone; the page says it can be shared with teammates once a certain character level is reached. Official Spanish page
Shani Gear Recycle Restores armour durability after a kill; durability beyond the cap can be used to upgrade the armour, up to the level the page states. Detail page
Kapella Healing Song Strengthens healing items and healing skills and reduces teammates’ health loss; the effect does not stack. Detail page
A124 Thrill of Battle Converts part of EP into HP; this page is a brief blurb and official patch notes record a different rework, so the current mechanic cannot be concluded from it. Detail page
Homer Senses Shockwave Sends a drone flying at the nearest enemy ahead; after the pulse explodes it slows enemy movement and fire rate and deals damage. Detail page
Xayne Xtreme Encounter Enters a boosted state and gains temporary shield points; knocking down an enemy refreshes the shield and duration this skill grants. Detail page
Maro Falcon Fervor Damage increases with distance; damage against marked enemies is increased. Official Pakistan English page
Shirou Damage Delivered Marks the attacker after being hit by an enemy within a certain range; the first shot at a marked target has extra Armour Penetration. Detail page
Otho Memory Mist Creates a memory mist when eliminating an enemy that reveals the positions of other nearby enemies. Detail page
Luqueta Hat Trick Each elimination increases maximum shield points; the effect clears when the player is eliminated or the round resets. Detail page
Steffie Graffiti’s Blessing Creates a graffiti area that the page says reduces explosion and bullet damage; this page’s copy differs from the reworked mechanic in later patches. Detail page
Thiva Vital Vibes Speeds up reviving teammates; a successful revive restores health for the user. Detail page
Nairi Ice Iron Restores Gloo Wall durability after deploying one and gives nearby teammates a health recovery effect. Detail page
Leon Buzzer Beater Restores health after a fight ends and the player survives. Detail page
Misha Afterburner Increases speed while driving a vehicle and reduces damage taken while riding in one. Detail page
Santino Shape Splitter Creates a movable dummy; using the skill again teleports the user to the dummy’s position. Official Spanish page
Joseph Silver Spoon The currently linked page says it grants immunity to slowdown, marking, skill silence and similar interference effects and increases movement speed; an older skill page for another region is also stored officially, so the version needs rechecking. Detail page
Notora Racer’s Blessing Restores health for every squad member in the vehicle while driving; the effect does not stack. Detail page
Paloma Shatterburst Increases accuracy after destroying a Gloo Wall. Detail page
Nikita Firearms Expert The page says it improves reload speed; the weapon categories and secondary effects differ between regional pages, so values are not merged. Detail page
Miguel Crazy Slayer Gains EP after a kill. Detail page
Kla Muay Thai Increases fist damage. Detail page
Alvaro Split Blitz Grenades split off extra small grenades before exploding; the detail page is a historical skill description, so after the rework the latest patch governs the mechanic. Detail page
Wolfrahh Limelight Kills increase the audience count; as it rises, headshot damage the user takes falls and headshot damage dealt to enemies rises. Detail page
Jai Raging Reload Automatically reloads the magazine after knocking down an opponent; the page lists the weapon categories that apply. Detail page
Koda Aurora Vision Activates an aurora ability that increases movement speed and periodically detects enemies behind cover; crouching or prone enemies are not detected. Detail page
Iris Wall Brawl For a set time after activation the user can attack Gloo Walls, mark nearby enemies and deal falloff damage to them through walls; the page also mentions a background link with Homer. Detail page
J.Biebs Silent Sentinel Uses EP to block damage and involves EP transfer to teammates in range; supported by the 2023 patch and the official detail page together, and it is a historical collaboration character. Detail page

How should you read this table?

This table only answers “what the official page says this skill does”, not “how much this skill is worth in your matches”. Closing that gap needs four fields this table deliberately leaves out:

  • Active or passive: some official blurbs say “after activation” or “using it again”, which shows an active skill; others only say “increases” or “reduces”, so the trigger cannot be told and this table does not guess.
  • Trigger conditions: phrases such as “when taking fatal damage”, “after knocking down an enemy” or “while outside the Safe Zone” count as half-explicit triggers, but how “each round” or “after a fight ends” is defined in BR is not expanded on the page.
  • Duration and cooldown: the official blurbs mostly do not give them, and when they do they change between versions, so the whole column is empty.
  • Values: damage, shield points, slow percentages, upgrade caps and so on are not transcribed. Any claim of the form “this skill gives X%” should not appear here without the patch text.

Also, several links in the table are not English main-site pages: Clu and Santino point to official Spanish pages, Maro to the official Pakistan English page, and the pages for Miguel and Nikita are in a different language from the English main site. Regional pages may word things or classify weapon categories differently; when they conflict, log it the way Conflict and gap log does instead of choosing one.

Skill names are kept only in the official English original because community translations are inconsistent and the same skill can carry three different names. To search by a translated keyword, confirm the English name on the official site first, then come back to the summary.

Pets are not in this table: pet skills are a separate system, see Pets. For how character skills are chosen, skill slots and combo logic, see Skill system and combo evolution; for how characters relate to each other and their backstories, see Character lore and worldbuilding.

The old official copy problem for Chrono, Ford and Jota

These three need their own section because the text on their official pages visibly conflicts with later official statements. The method is not to “pick one to believe” but to record both sides and state clearly which side is a historical state.

Chrono (Time Turner). The older detail page, when describing the force field, said the player could shoot out of the field and that it carried a movement buff. But the 2023 developer notes record explicitly that early force fields allowed shooting out and that this ability was later removed. In other words, an official page that still opens, with the text still there, does not mean the text describes the current mechanic. This table therefore keeps “the older detail page also says you can shoot out of the field” as historical copy and does not use it as a guide.

Ford (Iron Will). Ford has more than one character entry on the official site: one is the refugee-shelter version, the other a briefer old-style character description that does not even give Olivia’s name. The skill page is likewise named on the risk list of pages that “may keep old copy”. This table therefore keeps only the layer the page directly supports — “reduces damage taken while outside the Safe Zone” — and fills in nothing about the size of the reduction, when it applies, or the old trigger situation.

Jota (Sustained Raids). Different versions of the official page word the trigger condition differently — the layer “hitting enemies with a gun restores health” is stable, but which state triggers it and whether it is tied to a kill are described differently from page to page. In that case the only thing to record is that the pages differ; the official position cannot be decided for them.

Evidence level: Historical version — The conflicts above are judged from the 2023 developer notes and patch text and only explain that point in time; whether the India server in 2026 has synced, and to which version, still needs client confirmation.

The same risk is not limited to these three. The pages for A124, Steffie, Xayne, Kenta, Joseph and Alvaro have all shown a mismatch between “current page copy” and “the rework recorded in official patches”. The suggested order is: latest patch first, then what the client actually shows, and only then the detail-page text. The full explanation of that order is in Research method and evidence levels.

What still has to be confirmed in the India client?

All of the following are empty in this table and cannot be filled from global material:

  • The list of characters currently unlockable on the India server, and whether Iris and J.Biebs are open.
  • Each skill’s current values, cooldown, duration and level cap.
  • Whether Chinese (including Hindi, Tamil and other localised) skill names correspond one-to-one with the official English names.
  • The actual state of skill slots and unlock conditions in the India version — the global version made structural changes from 2023, but that is a global record.
  • When page copy and the client description disagree, whether the India client has already been changed to the new version.

Filling these in needs screenshots or recordings as first-hand evidence, which falls under Unverified. Until then, the correct use of this page is “look up roughly what a skill does and get the official link”, not “copy a loadout conclusion”.

Sources and limitations

Not verified on the India server: the availability, current values and localised names of all 64 skills in the FFI client; the completeness of the catalog; the current obtainability of Iris and J.Biebs; the skill mechanics of Primis and Nulla (the official site provides no separate detail page); and every judgement about whether a skill still matches the official copy. This site only guarantees which official page a piece of text came from, not that the text equals the skill in the game right now.
